Puer Chili

2 pounds cubed steak (chuck or "stew beef")
1 large onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon dark chili powder (or 3 ground/crushed ancho chili peppers)
1 teaspon ground cayanne pepper
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoons crushed dried oregano
2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes
2 15 oz cans Goya pinto beans
1 15 oz can beef broth

Combine ingredients and cook in crock pot oh high for 4(?) hours or on low for 10(?) hours.
