Simcoe has youth, love, Caligula, MJ and you, on her side, there is hope.

One good silver-lining to take to heart in the disappointing news is that Simcoe has been IMMENSELY fortunate to have such loving and caring owners in yourself and MJ during her time on this planet.
Whatever you decide to do for Simcoe — be it special diets for the rest of her life, special meds, or actually going ahead with the transplant options — may Simcoe have NO MORE further suffering!!

Thanks Daniel. I’ve been reading stories where people who gave proper treatment were able to prolong life for up to 3 years in cats who were diagnosed, more if treatment brings down some of the bad levels she has.

Maybe you could get the opinion of another vet as well? Maybe there’s some more options.
