Thanks for bringing this issue to my attention. Until this point, volume one has always built for the newest release without my intervention. I’m looking into it now. It could be that there’s simply a week or two delay before canonical builds for the new release. In any case, I can email you a pdf of Volume One in the mean time if you’d like.
