One such lists is here: http://www.thegallbladdersymptoms.com/foods-to-avoid-after-gallbladder-removal

Note that much of the foods depicted in your past Philadelphia – foodadelphia! post are no longer recommended :-/

Also, you might wish to seriously consider reducing the amount of alcoholic beverages you consume, if you see that consumption of alcohol is causing you further health problems after last month’s surgery. That may mean drinking less beers, e.g., beers depicted at http://princessleia.com/images/journalpics/072014/darmstadt_3.jpg, http://princessleia.com/images/journalpics/102013/sierra_nevada_in_sierra_nevadas.jpg, http://princessleia.com/images/journalpics/072012/lyz_rogue_2012.jpg, http://princessleia.com/images/journalpics/102010/porterhouse_drinks.jpg, http://princessleia.com/images/journalpics/102010/guinness_gravity_bar.jpg, http://princessleia.com/images/journalpics/082010/monksattrappe.jpg, http://princessleia.com/images/journalpics/082010/rogueimpale.jpg, http://princessleia.com/images/journalpics/082010/rogue200meter.jpg, http://princessleia.com/images/journalpics/072010/gentse_tripel_and_st_louis_peach.jpg, http://princessleia.com/images/journalpics/072010/ichtegems_grand_cru.jpg, just to show some you’ve had in the past ;-)

Maybe an additional approach to consider is adopting a nutritionally sound diet, such as the South Beach Diet?? See http://www.webmd.com/diet/south-beach-diet-what-it-is for more SBD info.

Get fully well soon!

A limited bland diet is the relief for some and ‘I can eat anything I want’ is for others. IBS and other irritations are also a factor so if you otherwise have a healthy robust digestion system try anything new but with a suggestion that the next day not be too hectic or demanding. Hugging the toilet rather than attending a wedding is not only discomforting but disappointing.
