It&#8217;s one of three Membership Boards in the world whose task is to handle applications for people who apply for Ubuntu <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.ubuntu.com\/Membership\">Membership<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Well, this weekend I learned that I was appointed along with 8 others <a href=\"https:\/\/launchpad.net\/~ubuntu-membership-board-americas\/+members\">the board<\/a>.
