If there is one thing I miss about New York, it’s the pizza and buffalo wings. People here in Philly just don’t know how to make either! The one good pizza place we go to is only ‘pretty good’ pizza (havent tried their wings) and they are a half hour away, close to the city (ick) so we don’t go often. Last night I wanted a new york pizza. So we called up this local little pizzeria around here, since Papa John’s pizza just isnt that great, and we ordered a large cheese pizza and some buffalo wings… Now we had hopes for this place, even after they told me that the sell the wings by the half dozen, with FRENCH FRIES. So I drive to the pizzeria, pick up the pizza, it’s a decent looking place, the people there are really nice and the food smells GREAT. I get home, look at the pizza and it looks really really good, nice thin crust, yummie looking cheese… so I pull out a piece and I try it. The bottom is fairly dark… so it tastes a little burnt… %(!!! I HATE it when my pizza is burnt *sigh* I guess i could give this pizzeria one more chance, I mean they cant burn ALL their pizzas, maybe I was just unlucky. But the wings smelled good, they must be good right? I should have known from the french fries. They were sorta buffaloy … mostly coated in sauce, but they just didnt have that fried/dripping with sauce taste that i love! … It’s like an experience a few weeks ago when we were at Unos pizzeria, and they had “boneless buffalo wings’ … sounds good right? They turned out to be chicken nuggets with a little bit of buffalo sauce on them… and they were a bit soggy. *sigh*

Anyway, I miss New York pizza. There was this place in Seneca Falls that had some pretty good pizza, you know the kind with thin crust, lots of cheese, and just the right amount of grease, and their buffalo wings, oh man, so dripping with sauce and grease that they would soak through the styrofoam container. Thats some good eatings %)

With cravings like this it’s really amazing that I am still thin, LOL… In other news I think I might cut my hair. Not trim. Seriously cut, like maybe a little longer than shoulder length… I think I have grown out of the long hair thing. I dunno, I am still thinking about it, and I have no idea what Myk will think about it, heehee, I guess I should run it by him and get his opinion… anyway *wanders off*
